I provide private coaching, workshops, certificate programs, tele-seminars, and phone coaching. I believe in the accessibility of healing & counsel, therefore I offer sliding scale, stretch pay, and some partial barter.
I am not the ideal match for every person. However, I may be the ideal match for you. I am committed to holding who you truly are tenderly and compassionately. I see you as an amazing human being right now. I am honored that you are considering me as your guide.
I cannot heal you, fix you, nor change you. However, I can collaborate with you to recover, uncover, discover and integrate your own deep wisdom. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I am here to support you in coming home to your own authenticity.

My work is founded on over 30 years of experience, post-graduate studies and focus in the creative and expressive arts of dance, poetry, writing including Oral Interpretation, Journaling, Collaging, Continuum, Dreamwork, and Body Prayer. It is also profoundly influenced by personal growth workshops and psychological training in Inner Aspects TM , Inner Child, and Shadow/Soul work.
I am sensitively experienced in Recovery From Addiction. I have over 17 years sobriety in Food Addiction as well as many years recovery in Co-dependency, and in Sex & Love Addiction. I have been in Health Education for 8 years. My areas of heartfelt specialty are in the development of nurturing adult relationships with self and with others. People of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations & gender identities are encouraged to participate.
I hold a non-judgmental context in the souls journey. I believe there are infinite ways to functionally & joyously live life, make money, express oneself authentically and engage in relationships. I am trained in Human Sexuality from a medical, psychological and spiritual perspective. It is my privilege to be able to facilitate others on their journey to live a life they love.
I have a Bachelors degree with honors in Psychology, and have completed extensive training from Landmark Education Corporation in Coaching for Transformation as well as in Non-Violent Communication. I am an initiated shaman in 4 traditions, cross cultural minister with extensive training in sacred sexuality & Tantra techniques that can be utilized to deepen relationship & heal from trauma. I have studied multi-cultural spirituality and am grounded in life-affirming practices that encourage healing and integration of mind, body, heart, spirit and Eros. I am the proud mother of a teen son. The mother who raised me died in 2008. I am adopted.
